We hear this question a lot… how do you start a podcast?

Episode Description

We hear this question a lot… how do you start a podcast? What are the first steps? So we called in backup to chat about it. Samantha Peszek was one of the most accomplished competitive gymnasts in US history with an Olympic Medal, an NCAA balance beam championship, and 17 all american titles to her name. As you can imagine her career she had a lot of interviews and media attention, which naturally helped her transition into the world of broadcasting for NBC and ESPN. Furthermore, this easy ability to communicate not only helped create Beam Queen Bootcamp, but also the I Have Cool Friends Podcast, where Samantha has interviewed impressive entrepreneurs, models, influencers, and more. We have a conversation around grit, media, and the entrepreneurial mindset that Samantha’s displayed throughout her journey that can be applied in many areas.
